(More customer reviews)I love this dock! Once I figured out how to get the line-out working, it went from 2 stars to 4 stars.
First, your Vibrant must be 2.2 Froyo, this can be downloaded from Samsung's website (not easy, but not impossible). Then you must download the "Home Dock 2" from the Android App store. Once that is downloaded, the home dock 2 app will automatically launch once you've attached the Vibrant to the dock itself. Then to get the line-out to activate to use with your home theatre or what-not, you must hit mute on the top left of the screen. Whew...it took me a while, and googled it over and over. But finally it works, and sounds GREAT! I just ordered another for the living room. :)
I haven't tried docking it to my laptop yet, but I've read that it doesn't work that way, only charging and audio out for now. Hopefully Samsung will send an update to the Home Dock app to enable that feature.
