(More customer reviews)Nice product but did not find out about hidden limitation requiring vertical seperation of base unit and external antenna, until recieved product. Assumed compatibility with service provider based on description. Unfortunately, did not find out that some of that service provider locations, do not match proper frequency, which can impact useability of product.
