(More customer reviews)I purchased this phone after a review of phones offered by T-Mobile. It has a real, raised button keyboard, good display and low radiation/SAR rating. It makes and received calls well. The earpiece, a small hole as they all are now, must be positioned directly over the ear in order to hear well. I suspect the low volume complaints reported elsewhere are related to this limitation. The stubby antenna avoids hand contact and contributes to both good call reception and the low radiation rating.
The hands-free speaker works well, I can hear them and they can hear me with the phone lying on the desk leaving both hands free. The camera has low pixel count but has zoom. Didn't buy it for the camera though.
For a basic phone, this Nokia is the best I've found for use on T-Mobile, the Motorola V195 being high in radiation/SAR and having a flat keyboard flunks my needs. I will buy a leather case to protect it from the inevitable drops. I hope this Nokia 6103 gives me the same service that my 5185i did.
