(More customer reviews)When I ordered this, the main reason I did order it was because of the phone booster. I was very excited when I got my package, but when I opened it I did not receive what I asked for, instead I got a wall charger, car charger, screen cover, hip attachment, and a phone case that hooks onto the hip attachment. Concerned that I obviously received the wrong products I sent an email to the company. They said they didn't send me what I ordered because they simply did not make the phone booster, so instead to make up for it they sent me other things that may be useful.
Instead of sending the customer what THEY think might be useful, perhaps they should;
A. Update their products on Amazon.com and inform them that they no longer make that product.
and
B. Accessory 1 should either call or email the customer PRIOR to shipment and inform them that they no longer carry the product that is in their shipment list. At that time they should offer other products or an option to cancel the order.
Overall, I am very unhappy with the conduct of the company: AccessoryOne.
